Joe Robinson is an executive coach and former investment banker who spent 20 years in finance, including 15 years advising CEOs, managing directors, and founders across multi-billion-dollar transactions. He has been inside the machine you are trying to move through — and he knows exactly how promotions are made, and why talented people get passed over.

After overcoming homelessness and significant childhood challenges, Joe enrolled at Princeton University and played wide receiver on the football team. He went on to earn his MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, then built a career at the intersection of banking, real estate finance, and leadership development.

He hired executive coaches himself while working full-time in finance. Most of them had never worked a deal, navigated a firm's political landscape, or understood the specific demands of a Wall Street career. That gap is what Asset Performance OS was built to close.
